1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
  • Minor variations in color or design
  • Custom-made or personalized products

3. Custom & Prototyping Orders

  • Custom-built or prototyping orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started
  • Any specifications or requirements will be confirmed before processing

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order details
    • Clear photos of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

6. Replacement (if applicable)

In case of damaged or incorrect items:

  • We may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability

7. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping
  • In other cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer
